Game Truck Party FAQs
Our 20-foot game trailer can accommodate up to 15 guests inside at one time. Approximate capacity varies by age and size: 8–10 adults, 10–12 teenagers, or 12–15 younger children. Exterior gaming stations are not currently available but may be offered again in the future.
Yes. We serve Orlando and most of Central Florida. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance from ZIP code 34711. Please call or text us at 689-307-7400 with questions about a specific city or travel fee.
We recommend our game truck parties for guests ages 6 and older. Children age 5 may participate only when accompanied and continuously supervised by a sober, capable adult. The experience is not recommended for children age 4 and younger.
Our truck and trailer require a flat, hard-surfaced parking area of at least 50 feet, free of low-hanging tree limbs, with enough room to enter and exit safely. At residential parties, we normally park along the curb in front of the home. For other venues, please call us before booking to discuss parking. Contact us in advance if your street is narrow or you anticipate any parking challenges.
Our game attendants work hard to provide a fun, organized, and memorable experience. Gratuity is not required, but it is always appreciated if you feel they provided exceptional service.
No. Our game attendants remain with the trailer throughout the event to help provide a fun, organized, and safe experience.
Our game trailer has its own gas-powered generator and does not require electricity from your home. For certain indoor events at stadiums or convention centers, we may be able to use shore power supplied by the facility.
No. Food and drinks are not permitted inside the game trailer so it remains clean and sanitary for every event.
Deposits and payments for canceled events are nonrefundable. However, you may reschedule your event once without a rescheduling fee or transfer your deposit to a friend or family member within 90 days of the original event date.
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and time. Deposits are nonrefundable, but certain rescheduling or transferable rain-check options may be available. Restrictions apply.
